“I am grateful that I have been part of Power Users Team during the implementation of Arcus Air. Through several trainings conducted by the team, I gained a deeper understanding of the new system and was able to share it with my co-workers, making it easier during the Go-live. Though the new workflow may have some difficulties in the beginning, the CI HUB and Solutions Management team were very approachable and accommodating regarding our inquiries.

I did not have to be an expert in IT. I just made use of what I had and what I currently have. Now, I am proud to say that my contributions made a better IT system and overall IT processes.
