“This pandemic has disrupted many things in our lives, it has as well bring forth and spurred many changes. While others willow with worry, Myeth is one among those who acted with grit to bring about change to innovate using technology. In the mid 2020, the department already digitalized its patient feedback forms, as well as registration of patients, patient master lists, equipment monitoring, all logbooks have been discarded, attendance sheets to meetings are on jotform, annual competency checklists given among staff are also paperless. This has not only saved on expense, it has also brought efficiency to our process. We appreciate the changes and mindset that Myeth has influenced on our Staff, we are still continuously improving and having Myeth onboard has made changes and innovation easily acceptable when done with empathy among patients and staff.”
