“Thank you, HITG, for selecting me as one of the best SMEs during our last year's system implementation. I'd like to express my heartfelt appreciation for the recognition. I owe my knowledge to the rich learning environment you provided, as well as the people who worked tirelessly to teach us how to use/navigate the new system. Ambulatory Care Center performed admirably on the first day of implementation, accommodating 349 patients without the need for manual transactions or extending our duty hours. Minor issues may have arisen up to this point, which is acknowledged and addressed as soon as they are reported. All of this would not be possible without the combined team effort of the entire Ambulatory Care family and the assistance of these four individuals, for whom we are extremely grateful for providing us with more than 100% support before, during, and after the launch: Jeryl Caguicla, April Angela Pomasin, Ronalyn Cepeda, and Ornelly Andalajao. Change is involved in the process of innovation. Change is attainable. It is up to us how we react, accept, and learn to gracefully dance with it.”
